Shuangsheng Street
Shuangsheng street, belonging to Shuangtaizi District, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Shuangtaizi District, connecting Weijia village of Liaohe Street in the East, Peijia village of Xinglongtai District in the south, Renjia village, Zhaojia village and dongwa village of Lujia town in the west, and Taiping Street of Panshan County in the north, with a total area of 20.2 square kilometers.
In 1958, Panshan town and Bohai Township were merged into Bohai commune; in November 1986, Panshan district was renamed Shuangtaizi District, and Chengjiao Township then belonged to Shuangtaizi District; on February 4, 2002, Shuangsheng street was established after Township construction. At the end of 2011, Shuangsheng street had a total population of 12106. As of June 2020, Shuangsheng street has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 4 administrative villages, and the street office is located in gujia village.
In 2011, Shuangsheng Street achieved a total agricultural output value of 1.124 billion yuan.
History of construction
In 1958, Panshan town and Bohai Township merged into Bohai commune.
In January 1959, the original Panshan town was designated from Bohai commune, and seven production brigades including Gaojia, Weijia, Tuwei, houshangshaozi, Henan, Changjia and Bayi were assigned to Panshan town.
In January 1966, Panshan reclamation area was established. Panshan town belongs to the reclamation area. Six production teams, Gaojia, Weijia, Tuwei, houshangshaozi, Henan and Changjia, were assigned back to Bohai commune.
In 1970, the five production teams of Gaojia, Weijia, Tuwei, houshangshaozi and Songjia in Bohai commune were assigned to Panshan town.
In 1976, the township commune was established.
In June 1978, Zhenjiao commune was separated from Panshan town.
In 1983, Zhenjiao commune was changed into Chengjiao township of Panshan town.
In 1985, Panshan town was abolished and Panshan district was established. Seven villages of Songjia, shangshaozi, Tuwei, Weijia, Gaojia, Bayi and gujia in suburban township of Panshan county and improved seed farm (designated after taking over), Henan village and Changjia village of Bohai Township were incorporated into Panshan district and formed suburban township of Panshan district.
In November 1986, the name of Panshan district was changed to Shuangtaizi District, and Chengjiao Township became Shuangtaizi District.
On February 4, 2002, Shuangsheng street was established.
