Guohua Township
Guohua Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County, Fuxin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Fuxin County, adjacent to Heishan County and Beining City of Jinzhou City in the south. Its total area is 133.33 square kilometers. At the end of 2018, the total registered residence of Guohua township was 10746.
In 1962, Guohua commune was established. In 1984, it was changed to Guohua township. As of June 2020, Guohua township has 8 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in the former official camp of Guohua village. Guohua township is the planting place of Fuxin peanut, a geographical indication product of agricultural products in China.
In 2011, the per capita net income of farmers in Guohua township was 9230 yuan, and the total financial income was 5.93 million yuan. In 2018, there were 60 industrial enterprises and 36 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Guohua township.
Historical evolution
In 1932, it belonged to Fuxin County.
In 1940, it belonged to tumed Left Banner.
In 1945, after the victory of the Anti Japanese War, it belonged to Fuxin County.
In the winter of 1947, it was divided into Yuandi district and paiguan district.
