Boluopu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the central and southern part of Dashiqiao City, adjacent to Tangchi town in the East, Gaizhou city in the South and southwest, Laobian District in the west, Yong'an town in the north, with an administrative area of 65.45 square kilometers.
Before liberation, it belonged to GAIPING County; in October 1984, Boluopu township was changed into Boluopu Town, belonging to Yingkou County; in November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, belonging to Dashiqiao City. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Boro town was 29732. As of June 2020, Boluopu town has 10 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of Boluopu town was 210 million yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 90 million yuan, an increase of 8% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 10614 yuan. In 2018, there were 70 industrial enterprises in Boluopu Town, including 14 Enterprises above Designated Size and 98 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before liberation, it belonged to GAIPING county.
In April 1946, Yingkou county was established and put under the jurisdiction of Yingkou county.
In October 1947, Boluopu district was established, belonging to Yingkou county.
In April 1948, Boluopu district was renamed Songguang district.
In June 1950, Songguang district (Boluopu District) was renamed as District 1, belonging to Yingkou county.
In August 1955, the first district was restored to Songguang district (Boluopu District), and its subordinate relationship remained unchanged.
In February 1958, Songguang village and shangshangtai village in Songguang district were assigned to GAIPING county. At the same time, Songguang district was changed into Boluopu Township, belonging to Yingkou county.
In September 1958, Boluopu township was transformed into a commune, and its subordinate relationship remained unchanged.
In September 1983, the township system was restored under the jurisdiction of Yingkou county.
In October 1984, Boluopu township was transformed into Boluopu Town, belonging to Yingkou county.
In November 1992, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, belonging to Dashiqiao City.

Erdao river originates from mengtun reservoir in Boluopu town and flows into Dahan river through Yong'an Town, with a length of 30 kilometers and a drainage area of 0.7 square kilometers; yayapao river originates from Liuda reservoir in Boluopu town and flows into Qingshiling Town, with a length of 22 kilometers and a drainage area of 0.8 square kilometers.
