Gouyan town
Gouyan Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dashiqiao City, Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the west of Dashiqiao City, adjacent to Shifo town in the East, Gaokan town in the southeast, Shuiyuan town in the south, southwest and West, and Dawa County of Panjin City across the Liaohe River in the North, with an administrative area of 87 square kilometers.
Before liberation, it belonged to Haicheng County; in March 1992, Gouyan township was changed into a town, which belonged to Yingkou County; in November of the same year, Yingkou county was changed into Dashiqiao City, which belonged to Dashiqiao City. By the end of 2018, 34524 people had registered residence in the town. As of June 2020, Gouyan town has 16 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, the total revenue of Gouyan town was 200 million yuan, an increase of 12% over the previous year. Among them, local fiscal revenue was 110 million yuan, an increase of 11% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 11730 yuan. In 2018, there were 46 industrial enterprises in Gouyan Town, including 5 above scale enterprises and 27 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Before liberation, it belonged to Haicheng county.
In April 1946, Yingkou county was established and put under the jurisdiction of Yingkou county.
In February 1948, a water source area was set up, which belongs to the water source area.
In June 1950, the water source area changed its name to six districts, still belonging to six districts.
In August 1955, the water source area was restored in the six districts, and the subordinate relationship remained unchanged.

In March 1992, Gouyan township was transformed into a town, belonging to Yingkou County; in November of the same year, Yingkou county was transformed into Dashiqiao City, thus belonging to Dashiqiao City.

As of June 2020, Gouyan town has 16 administrative villages: Gouyan village, houliujia village, Zhaojia village, donggushu village, xigushu village, beigangzi village, nianfang village, Lizhi village, Bajiazi village, wailinzi village, Xinfeng village, Yanjia village, Lijia village, Baojia village, Beiwan village and qingtianzui village.
