Cuiyan Town, belonging to Linghai City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Linghai city. It is adjacent to wendilou Manchu town in the East, Banshigou Township in the south, Xiaoling River in the west, bangita town and Shenjiatai town in the west, and Yixian County in the north, with an administrative area of 125.5 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to Jin county and Yi county respectively; in 1993, Cuiyan township was changed to Linghai city; in 1998, Cuiyan township was changed to Cuiyan town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Cui Yan town was 16344. As of June 2020, Cuiyan town has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in qiantianjiatun village.
