Xinzhuangzi Town, subordinate to Linghai City, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Linghai City, adjacent to Dalinghe in the East, Yanjia town and Jianye township of Taihe District in the south, Shuangyang Town in the west, Dalinghe street in the north, with an administrative area of 139.51 square kilometers.
In 1945, it was natural township of Jin county; in 1993, Xinzhuangzi township was changed to Linghai city; in 1997, Xinzhuangzi township was changed to Xinzhuangzi town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in new Chuang-tzu town was 26451. As of June 2020, Xinzhuangzi town has jurisdiction over 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Xinzhuangzi village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Xinzhuangzi town was 10 million yuan, an increase of 5% over the previous year. The enterprise income tax is 5 million yuan.
