Xinlitun town
Xinlitun Town, subordinate to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the north of Heishan County, bordering Yingchengzi Township in the East, xuetun Township in the south, Furong Town in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the West and shijiazi town in Fuxin Mongolian Autonomous County in the north, with an administrative area of 69.25 square kilometers.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), Xinlitun town was located in six districts of Heishan County; in 1983, Xinlitun town was established; in 1995, Xinlitun town was merged into Xinlitun town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of xinlien town was 26017. As of June 2020, Xinlitun town has jurisdiction over 3 communities and 10 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at 176 Dingbei East Road.

History of construction
After 1912, Xinlitun town belonged to six districts of Heishan County.
In 1937, the Japanese puppet regime changed new villages into streets.
In 1946, when the Kuomintang occupied Heishan, according to the administrative division of the Japanese puppet regime, tungai town was newly established, under which Bao was set up.
In 1948, the whole territory of Heishan was liberated, and Xinlitun was divided into the Fifth District of the county's eight districts.
In 1952, a new town was established.
In March 1953, Xinlitun was transformed into five districts.
In October 1958, the county implemented one township and one commune, abolished the township system, established commune, and changed the new village into rocket commune.
In April 1961, Xinlitun was transformed into Xinlitun commune.
In November 1964, Xinlitun town was restored.
In September 1980, the commune was transformed into the commune management committee.
In 1983, Xinlitun town was established.
In 1995, the township was withdrawn and the town was merged. Xinlitun township was merged into Xinlitun town.
