Budayuan town
Budayuan Town, belonging to Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the east of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, adjacent to xialuhe Korean Township in the East, Zhenjiang town and daxicha town in the south, Taipingshao town in the west, Huanren Manchu Autonomous County and qingshangou town across the river in the North, with an administrative area of 318 square kilometers.
In 1946, Budayuan district was established, and in October 1998, Budayuan township was removed from the township and built into a town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town was 16915. By June 2020, Budayuan town has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Budayuan town was 26.9 million yuan, an increase of 21% over the previous year. In 2018, Budayuan town has 42 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

History and culture
"Budayuan" is a Manchu word, which means post station. Budayuan town got its name because it was an important hub connecting Huanren and Ji'an in the Qing Dynasty, and it was the post station of officials.
