Shenjingzi Street

Shenjingzi street, belonging to Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, is located in the eastern suburb of Hunnan District, adjacent to Fushun City in the East, Zhujia street in the south, Donghu street in the West and Wangjia street in the north, with a total area of 51.8 square kilometers.

In August 1952, it was Shenjingzi district; in March 2007, shenjingzi town was changed into a street. At the end of 2011, shenjingzi street had a total population of 24000. As of June 2020, shenjingzi sub district has jurisdiction over 9 communities, and the sub district office is located in shenjingzi community.

In 2011, the per capita disposable income of urban residents in shenjingzi street was 12372 yuan.

History of construction

In August 1952, it was Shenjingzi district.

At the end of 1960s, communes and townships were changed successively.

In January 1985, the township was transformed into a town.

In December 2002, six villages in Guchengzi town were assigned to shenjingzi town.

In March 2007, shenjingzi town was transformed into a street.

In 2018, four communities including Xingnong, Lixiang, stockbreeding farm and Yongsheng of shenjingzi sub district office and eight communities including hongtaigou, Yuqiao, qiankang, Yusheng, Panli, Houkang, jindesheng and dongbaoshan of Zhujia sub district office were set up. Yongsheng sub district office was established and Longhong community of Zhujia sub district office was assigned to shenjingzi sub district office.
