Jiefang Road
Jiefang Road in Linyi is located in Lanshan District in the center of the city. It starts from Jiuqu Yihe bridge in the East and ends at Machang Lake in the West. It is one of the east-west trunk roads in the city.
Jiefang Road was named to commemorate the two liberation of Linyi city. In 1958, the Youth League Committee at Prefecture and county levels launched a voluntary renovation of the road, which was named as the Communist Youth League road. In 1980, it was renamed "Jiefang Road" to commemorate the old revolutionary city of Linyi.
Jiefang Road in Linyi is located in the prosperous Shizhong District of Lanshan district and on the beautiful Yi River. It is a historical ancient city and a red place. Jiefang Road is named after "the road of Anti Japanese War" and enjoys a good reputation in Yimeng. Jiefang Road, as its name suggests, is the road of Anti Japanese war.
