Langan Township, belonging to Yutian County, Hotan Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the southwest of Tian county. It is adjacent to arixi Township and AQIANG Township in the East, AQIANG Township in the south, Bostan Township in Cele County in the west, and togrigaz Township and xianbaibazha town in the north. It covers an area of 1347.42 square kilometers. In 2018, 27491 people registered residence in LAN Gan township.
In 1938, it was called the Fourth District of Khotan county. In 1959, the patriotic commune was established. In 1984, Langan township was rebuilt. As of October 2019, Langan township has jurisdiction over 21 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in Bazar village.
In 2018, there were five industrial enterprises in Langan Township, including one industrial enterprise above Designated Size and one comprehensive store or supermarket with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
