Kaihua County Forest Farm in Zhejiang Province is a key state-owned forest farm mainly for timber and ecological forest management, and one of the four demonstration forest farms of the Ministry of forestry of the people's Republic of China. The total forest area is 184000 mu. The forest volume is 930000 cubic meters, and the forest coverage rate is 92.7%. The annual timber production of the forest farm is 21500 cubic meters. The tea area is 2500 mu, with an annual output of more than 40000 Jin of "Kaihua Longding" famous tea. It has been awarded "advanced unit of national state-owned forest farms", "top 100 national state-owned forest farms" and "significant contribution collective of scientific and technological progress" and other honors.
