Shagou Township

Shagou Township, under the jurisdiction of Guinan County, Hainan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, is located in the north of Guinan County, bordering guomaying town in the southeast, mugetan and Mangla Township in the southwest, and Longyangxia Reservoir Area in the northwest. The administrative area is 937.03 square kilometers.

History of construction

In 1957, it was under the jurisdiction of Tongde County.

In 1958, Shagou commune was formed with wangshike and layihai.

In 1965, it was renamed Xiang.

In 1969, it was also called commune.

In 1984, it was changed into a township.
