Longfeng Township
Longfeng Township, belonging to Wudu District, Longnan City, Gansu Province, is located in the northeast of Wudu district. It is connected with Ganquan Town and Guohe town in the East, Hanwang town and Dongjiang town in the south, Majie town in the West and Bolin town and Anhua town in the north. It is 12 kilometers away from Wudu City, with a total area of 60.82 square kilometers.
Before December 1949, Longfeng Township belonged to Qinglin township; in December 1983, Longfeng commune was changed into Longfeng township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in Longfeng township was 12018. As of June 2020, Longfeng village has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in aihaoping village.
The main food crops in Longfeng township are wheat and potato; the main animal husbandry is pig, sheep and cattle.
History of construction
Before December 1949, it belonged to Qinglin township.
In July 1950, Longfeng and Fotang townships were built, belonging to Hanwang district.
In January 1953, Hou's hometown was added.
In June 1956, it became Longfeng and Fotang.
In September 1958, it was merged into Longfeng Township and later incorporated into Hanwang commune.
In June 1961, Longfeng commune was established from the Han Wang commune.
In October 1966, Longfeng commune was changed into Guangming commune.
In December 1980, it was restored to Longfeng commune.
In December 1983, Longfeng commune was transformed into Longfeng township.
