Zongzhai town

The town of zhe Zhai, a city in the middle of Xining City, Qinghai Province, is located in the south of Xining. It is adjacent to the Nanchuan East Road and Nanchuan West Road in the middle of the city. The west, South and North are bordered by Huangzhong, Ru Sha Er, Tumen Guan and Xi Bao town respectively. In 1949, it was Zongzhai Township, the third district of Jianzhong county. In 1956, it was changed to anhuaxiang. In 1958, it was changed into red flag commune. In 1960, it was changed into Zongzhai commune. In 1984, Zongzhai township was restored. In January 2006, Qinghua road and Xincheng were added. As of October 2019, Zongzhai town has three communities and 23 administrative villages.

In 2018, there were 20 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Zongzhai town.
