On December 18, 2019, Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved Aba Prefecture to adjust the administrative divisions of 10 counties (cities) including malkang city (cfzm [2019] No. 22): cancel Heihe Township and Lingjiang Township, establish Heihe Town, and take the administrative area of former Heihe Township and Lingjiang township as the administrative area of Heihe town. Heihe Town People's government is located at No. 75, group 1, toudaocheng village.

Heihe town is located in Jiuzhaigou County, Sichuan Province. In 2019, Heihe Township and Lingjiang township will be abolished and Heihe town will be established. The former administrative region of Heihe Township and Lingjiang township will be the administrative region of Heihe town. The resident of the people's Government of Heihe town is No. 75, group 1, toudaocheng village.
