Duoma Township
Under the jurisdiction of Ali County, there are two administrative villages, namely, duori village and duori village in Tibet. Located in the middle of Rutu County, Tibet, 120 kilometers away from the county seat. In 2017, the total population of the township was 362 households with 1412 people.

The doma district was established in December 1960. when it was established in 1961, it was Duoma Township, Duoma District, Nitu County, with jurisdiction over 1 village, 2 villages and 3 villages. In 1996, with a population of about 10000, DOMA District governed three townships, among which DOMA Township governed one, two and three administrative villages, dongdang Township governed one, two and three administrative villages, and Songxi Township governed one and two administrative villages. The former Duoma district and Wujiang township of Rutu district were merged to establish Duoma township (other townships in the former Duoma district were merged into Dongru township). Duoma Township governs 5 villages of Duoma 1, Duoma 2, Duoma 3, Wujiang 1 and Wujiang 2. after the merger of districts and townships in 2000, it became a township directly under the jurisdiction of Ritu County, with 2 administrative villages, Duoma village and Wujiang village, 5 working groups, 3 working groups in Duoma village and 2 working groups in Wujiang village. geographical environment
Located in the north of Rutu County, Tibet, 99 kilometers away from the county seat. The northern border of Xinjiang is the first town to enter Tibet along national highway 219. the average altitude of the township is 4640 meters. the main rivers in the territory are Wujiang River (DOMA River), Baihe River and Baiwa River, all of which flow into Bangongcuo.

The total land area of the township is 18572257.1 mu, accounting for 16.45% of the total land area of the county. Among them, the cultivated land area is 1550.65 mu, and the total grassland area is 10023077.8 mu.

In 2000, there were 1063 permanent residents in Duoma township (Wupu). in 2010, there were 1240 permanent residents (the sixth census in 2010). In March 2015, there were 1255 farmers and herdsmen in 287 households in Duoma township. in 2017, the total population of the township was 362 households with 1412 people. By the end of 2018, there were 1422 people from 366 households in the township, including 514 people from 144 households in Duoma village and 908 people from 222 households in Wujiang village.
rural economy
Duoma township is a combination of animal husbandry and agriculture. in 2016, 75 people from 19 households were lifted out of poverty. in November 2017, there were 58 registered poor households and 213 people in the township. by the end of 2017, there were 49875 livestock in the township. (including 45325 goats, 3441 sheep, 486 cattle and 623 horses). in 2017, 145 people from 41 households were lifted out of poverty. in the Tibetan New Year of 2019, the villagers of Wujiang village in Duoma Township bought 11 cars at one time, including 7 pickup trucks and 4 trucks, and every household has a car.
Infrastructure construction
In 2011, Duoma was listed as a demonstration site of small towns in Ali Region. in 2014, the kindergarten in Duoma township was started with an investment of 1 million yuan. in 2015, DOMA was listed as one of the 20 characteristic small town demonstration sites in Tibet Autonomous Region, with a planned investment of 160 million yuan in three years. The water supply network project with an investment of 11 million yuan, the beautification, lighting and hardening project with an investment of 8.93 million yuan, the construction of a Tibetan commercial house with an investment of 7.23 million yuan, and the demolition of more than 50 houses and shops have been started. in November 2017, a ceremony was held in Duoma township for poverty alleviation and relocation of poverty-stricken households, with 22 poverty-stricken households moving to new houses.

In September 2015, there were 96 students in Duoma primary school, with an enrollment rate of 100%. in 2018, the primary school of Duoma township will carry out the activities of helping each other and promoting all-round development, the activities of "teacher-student" health assistance and guidance education, the activities of learning guidance and guidance, and the activities of teacher-student pairing. in February 2019, there are 14 teaching staff and 107 students in Duoma Township Primary School, including 62 students in grade one, grade two and grade three, and 45 students in kindergarten.

In October 2017, Duoma township health center carried out publicity activities on the prevention and control of "echinococcosis" in Wujiang village, distributed the prevention and control manual and common drugs of echinococcosis to villagers, explained the transmission route of echinococcosis, the harm to the body and related prevention and control knowledge. in December 2017, Tibetan doctors and nurses of Duoma Township Health Center went deep into the villages under their jurisdiction to carry out publicity of Tibetan medical knowledge and free clinic activities, and provided patients with pulse, cupping, acupuncture, blood pressure measurement and other treatments.
Ecological environment protection
In 2006, Bangong willow was planted in Wujiang village of Duoma township. in 2018, alfalfa was planted in Wujiang village of Duoma township. on August 23, 2018, Duoma Township organized 44 ecological workers to clean up garbage and other environmental sanitation along 219 national highway, wetland reserve and relocated residential areas in Duoma township. in April 2018, a total of 1412 people in Duoma Township received the "grassland ecological subsidy" fund. by March 2019, 1600 mu of Bangong willow will be planted in Wujiang village of Duoma township.
Spiritual civilization construction
In November 2017, DOMA Township Primary School carried out activities to celebrate the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and follow the party. It expressed its love for the motherland through singing team songs, raising the national flag and singing the national anthem. in may 2018, Duoma primary school carried out Thanksgiving education activities by comparing the old and new Tibet pictures, visiting the school's moral education room, comparing the old and new Tibet pictures, pictures of state leaders, introduction to the national flag and the party flag, living things in Tibetan areas and various honors won by the school. at the beginning of April 2019, cadres and workers of Duoma Township went to Duoma Township Primary School to carry out the volunteer service activity of "Lei Feng spirit entering the school". The activities included cleaning students' dormitories, washing and hairdressing students, and putting up slogans to learn from Lei Feng.

In February 2019, there are three party branches in the township, namely, the Party branch of Duoma Township, the Party branch of Duoma village and the Party branch of Wujiang village, with a total of 176 formal party members.

Duoma township has set up an emergency rescue station for people with high altitude reaction, which is equipped with oxygen cylinders, Suxiao Jiuxin pills and other drugs to rescue the masses and tourists, basically free of charge. (219 national highway has all oil routes in Tibet.
