Liusumu Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Liangcheng County, Wulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the south of Liangcheng County. It is connected with caominan Manchu Township and Tiancheng Township in the East, lidayao Township in Youyu County, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province in the south, Xindianzi town in Helingeer County, Hohhot City in the west, Daihai town and Yongxing Town in the north, with an administrative area of 585.13 square kilometers.
In 1949, it belonged to the first district Xianghuo area; in May 1962, Xintang commune designated liusumu commune; in June 2001, Liujiayao township was merged into liusumu township; in October 2005, liusumu township was transformed into a town. By the end of 2018, six of the 41053 registered residence population had been registered. As of June 2020, liusumu town has jurisdiction over 22 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1949, it belongs to the first district Xianghuo area.
