Baiyanhua town
Baiyanhua Town, belonging to Wulate Front Banner of Bayannaoer City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Wulate Front Banner and the south foot of Wula mountain. It is adjacent to hayehutong town of Baotou City in the East, Xianfeng town in the south, Wulashan town in the West and Erden Bula Sumu in the North. It covers an area of 672.2 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence of Bai Yan Hua town was 7432.
In September 1958, it merged with former heiliuzi and Xianfeng township to form Baiyanhua Xianfeng commune. In 1984, both communes were transformed into Sumu. In 1985, the town was established and renamed bayinhua town. In 2005, it was merged with the former Hukou town and Prague town to form Baiyanhua Town, where the town government is located in halahan. As of June 2020, Baiyanhua town has jurisdiction over 9 Gacha villages and 1 administrative village, and the town people's government is stationed in halahan.
In 2018, there were 8 industrial enterprises in Baiyanhua Town, including 5 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 2 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution
During the Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, it was the Yamen site of Wulat Front Banner in Ulanqab League.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was the seat of the people's Government of Wulat banner.
In September 1958, it merged with former heiliuzi and Xianfeng township to form Baiyanhua Xianfeng commune.
In 1962, it was divided into two communes: Baiyanhua, Huhe and Baolige.
In 1984, both communes were transformed into Sumu.
In 1985, the town was established and renamed bayinhua town.

Baiyanhua town is high in the north and low in the south, with mountainous area in the north and piedmont alluvial fan inclined plain in the south. Generally, the altitude ranges from 1080 m to 2262 M. the highest peak in the territory is located at Dahuabei of Wula mountain, with an altitude of 2322 M.
climate
Baiyanhua town has a temperate continental monsoon climate, and there is a significant difference between the mountainous area and the Piedmont. The annual average temperature in the Piedmont is 7.2 ℃, the annual average temperature in Dahuabei of Wula mountain is 3 ℃, and the annual average frost free period in the Piedmont is 146 days. Due to the elevation of temperature and humidity airflow by the terrain of Wula mountain, it has become a rainy center with an annual precipitation of more than 300 mm.
