Xiwaltu Town, a township under the jurisdiction of Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner in Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the central and southern part of Molidawa Daur Autonomous Banner, bordering Nierji town in the East and south, aera town and Baoshan town in the west, and tawen Aobao town in the north, with an administrative area of 739.8 square kilometers.
Xivartu town was originally xivartunutuk; in 1986, it was changed into xivartu town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of West tile town was 26590. As of June 2020, the town has one community and 22 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of xivartu town was 11.6327 million yuan, an increase of 10% over the previous year. In 2018, there were 3 industrial enterprises and 41 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in xivartu town.
History of construction
The town of sivartu was originally sivartunutuk.
In 1958, sivartu commune was established.
In 1984, it was changed to xivartu township.
In 1986, it was changed to West valtu town.
In January 1998, Xinglong Township was incorporated.
In June 2006, kunmildi township was merged into the city.

At the end of 2011, xiwartu town had one community and 23 administrative villages: xiwartu, xiwartu, dakumur, xiaokumur, shuanglongbao, julongquan, Zhongxin, dongxiangyang, Yong'an, torsu, zhuoloni, Changxin, Xinglong, minjuchuan, Xinfa, qijianfang, Xingquan, kunmildi, Gushanzi, Qingbei, beilinquan, jiulongquan, xinruralian and Erlongshan The village committee consists of one resident group and 89 villager groups.
As of June 2020, xiwaltu town has one community and 22 administrative villages: xiwaltu community, xiwaltu village, Xinglong Village, Xinfa village, minjuchuan village, dongxiangyang village, Changxin village, dakumur village, shuanglongbao village, torsu village, julongquan village, zhuoloni village, xiaokumur village, Yong'an village, Zhongxin village, nongchang village, kunmildi village, Qingbei village and Beilin village Jiulongquan village, jiulongquan village, new rural village, Erlongshan village, Gushanzi village and Xingquan village. The town people's government is located in xiwaltu village.
