Daqintala town

Daqintala Town, belonging to Naiman Banner, Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is located in the central and western part of Naiman Banner. It borders guribanhua Sumu in the East, huanghuatala Sumu in the southeast, yilongyong town in the South and southwest, xinwopu Township in Aohan banner in the west, baiyintaohai Sumu in Wengniute Banner in the northwest and baiyintala Sumu in the north. The area is 1259.67 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Da Qin la la town was 106630.

In October 1958, the red flag commune was established. The next year, it was renamed daqintala commune. In 1963, Qiaohe commune and daqintala town were designated. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In December 1984, daqintala township was changed into Xianfeng township. In August 2001, Xianfeng Township, Qiaohe Township and angnai Township joined qintara town. In June 2006, the township was withdrawn and the town merged again. As of June 2020, daqintala town has 44 administrative villages under its jurisdiction.

Historical evolution

In the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to the first Mongolian district and the fourth Han District of Naiman Banner.

During the Japanese puppet period, it belonged to daqintala street and Wangfu village.

In March 1946, Wangfu district was established, and the government was stationed in daqintara.

In September 1948, it was changed into the first district.

In August 1956, Xianfeng Township, Qiaohe Township and daqintala town were set up.
