Xincun Township
Xincun Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Qinggang County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the northwest of Qinggang county and the middle of Songnen Plain. It is adjacent to Zhenxiang Town and Zhonghe town in the East, Laohugang town of Anda City and liming township of Lindian County in the South and West, and Yulin township of Mingshui County in the north. The administrative area is 214.75 square kilometers.
By the end of 2018, 14899 registered residence in new village. As of October 2019, the new village has jurisdiction over six administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1931, it belonged to the old five districts of Qinggang county.
In 1955, it belonged to Zhonghe town.
In 1956, six villages in Zhonghe town were demolished, including three row eight, three row nine, four row eight, four row nine, five row eight and two row seven, and two townships of Xinnong and Xinsheng were set up.
In 1958, it was changed into Xincun commune.
In 1985, the commune was transformed into a township.
