Liaoyuan town
Liaoyuan Town, belonging to Lanxi County, Suihua, Heilongjiang, is located in the northwest of Lanxi County, the hinterland of Songnen Plain, and the east of Qinghe County, and adjacent to the town of Lu Gang. It is adjacent to the Far East Town, and is connected to Jetion Town, Anda City, southwest of the town of spark. It is adjacent to the Jetion town. In 2018, the area is 169.85 square kilometers, and the registered residence population is 18616.
During the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, it belonged to the blue flag inlaid in Hulan City, and later to Xixiang district. During the period of the Republic of China, it belonged to Xinyang village. In 1958, it was changed into Liaoyuan commune. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In December 2017, the township was set up. As of October 2019, Liaoyuan town has jurisdiction over Xinyang village, Xinhua Village, Shuangshan village, Xinhe village and Qianjin village.
