Development history

Built in February 1947, the supply department of Heilongjiang military region organized soldiers to open up wasteland in liumaoqing of Tongbei County, mainly planting vegetables and military medicinal materials. After the establishment of Zhaoguang Agricultural Reclamation Bureau in 1962, Hongxing farm became an independent farm. In June 1968, the Heilongjiang production and Construction Corps was established as the seventh Battalion of the seventh regiment of the first division. In August 1970, the seventh Battalion (Hongxing farm), the eighth Battalion (Communist Youth League farm, now Hongxing farm 2) and the ninth Battalion (Chenguang farm, now Hongxing farm 3) were merged and expanded into the second regiment of the first division.
