Shengli community was founded in 2003, formerly known as Shengli factory community. In 2013, it was renamed Shengli community, originally a unit community. After the transfer of Chengguan Street on June 1, 2018, it is divided into plate type community. Located at No.12 Shengli Road, the old city of Fufeng County, the community is adjacent to feifeng mountain and Weishui River in the East, sijiabao village in Chengguan town in the south, Nantai village in Chengguan town in the West and industrial and Commercial Bank of Fufeng County in the north. The residents in the jurisdiction area are mainly the family members of the employees of the former Shengli Machinery Factory of Shaanxi Shengli Copper Group Co., Ltd. and the family members of the employees of Shaanxi Institute of national defense technology, covering an area of about 1.6 square kilometers. There are 11 enterprises in the area: one day care for the elderly and one kindergarten. There are 4 residential quarters, 24 residential buildings, 1075 households and a total population of 3221.
