Fu Qiang Township, belonging to Suibin County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the western part of Suibin County, East and North, adjacent to Songhua River, West to Puyang farm, North and Suibin farm, in 2018, the area is 237.93 square kilometers, and the registered residence population is 5628.
In 1969, Wuqi cadre school and xiaobeitun were built. In April 1974, Fengshan, wudaogang and Yong'an were merged into Xiangyang commune. In 1981, it was renamed Fuqiang commune. In 1984, the commune was transformed into a township. As of October 2019, Fuqiang countryside has jurisdiction over 9 administrative villages.
In 2018, Fuqiang township has 14 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
