Fengxiang town
Fengxiang Town, subordinate to Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of the middle part of Luobei county and the intersection of Xiaoxing'an Mountains and Sanjiang Plain. It is adjacent to Mingshan town in the East, Gongqing farm in the South and West, and Yanjun farm in the north. In 2018, the area was 32.47 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 37131.
In the Republic of China, it was called yadanhetun, later changed to Fenghuang Town, belonging to southwest township of Luobei County, and later changed to Fengxiang village. In 1921, it was divided into the fourth district. In 1929, it was changed to Fenghuang town. In 1931, Fenghuang Bao was changed. In the 28th year of the Republic of China (January 1939), Fengxiang village was changed. In November 1941, the puppet County Office moved from Zhaoxing (now Zhaoxing town) to Fengxiang village. In the 36th year of the Republic of China (January 1947), the county government moved to Zhaoxing. In September 1950, it was renamed the second district. In December 1953, it was changed into Wancai village. In October 1954, Luobei county government moved from Zhaoxing to Wancai village. In 1956, it was changed into Fengxiang town and Luobei county. In October 1958, it was changed to the third operation area. At the end of 1962, Fengxiang commune was established. In 1980, it was changed to Fengxiang town. As of October 2019, Fengxiang town has 5 communities and 4 administrative villages.
In 2018, Fengxiang town had 35 industrial enterprises and 13 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

By the end of 2011, Fengxiang town had five residents' committees: Yongtai, Jingjing, Youyi, Fengming and Fengnan, and four villagers' committees: Xinli, xinshuguang, Weidong and Dongcai.
In October 2019, Fengxiang town has five communities: landscape community, Fengnan community, Fengming community, Yongtai community and friendship community; and four administrative villages: Xinli village, xinshuguang village, Weidong village and Dongcai village.

In the total population, the Han nationality is the dominant, accounting for 41463, accounting for 96.4%; there are 12 ethnic minorities, namely, Korean, Manchu, Mongolian, Hui, Zhuang, Tujia, Daur, Xibe, Russian, Tibetan, Miao and Dai, accounting for 1537, accounting for 3.6%. Among them, there are 818 Korean people, accounting for 53.2% of the minority population; 590 Manchu people, accounting for 38.4%, with a population density of 55 people per square kilometer.
