History of construction
In 1948, Shanhe village was set up, belonging to Xingshan city and later Hegang City.
In March 1956, sashanhe village was located in Huoxing and Xinzhao.
In September 1958, he was granted the rural reform commune.
In 1959, Dongxing brigade was assigned to Nanshan District, Xinghua 2 brigade was assigned to Dongshan District, and Hongqi brigade was assigned to agriculture and forestry branch of Xingshan district.
In 1962, Huoxing township was set up, with 7 brigades under its jurisdiction.
In 1964, the township changed into a commune.
