Xinghua Township
Xinghua Township, subordinate to Baiquan County, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the north of Baiquan County, bordering Qianfeng town of Kedong County in the East, Baiquan Town in the south, Dazhong Township and Fengchan Township in the west, Xingnong town in the north, 10 kilometers away from the county. The total administrative area is 191 square kilometers.
Xinghua township was formerly known as tianjiaweizi. In 1909, Tian Fengnian opened up wasteland and built houses with walls. In 1984, it was changed from Xinghua commune to Xinghua township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Xinghua township was 27733. In 2019, Xinghua countryside governs 10 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in Chunguang village.

History of construction
In 1909, the first year of Xuantong in the Qing Dynasty, Tian Fengnian came here to open up wasteland and build houses with walls, so it was called "Tian Weizi".
In May 1938, Xingren village was established. In 1945, Xingren district was reformed.
In March 1956, it was replaced by Xinghua township.
In 1958, Xinghua township was transformed into Xinghua commune.
In 1984, Xinghua commune was transformed into Xinghua township.
