Jiangwan Town, belonging to Yilan County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the southern part of Yilan County, the northern foot of Wanda Mountains, Xiaoxing'anling and zhangguangcai mountains. It borders DAOTAIQIAO town in the East, SANDAOTONG town in Linkou County in the south, Dalianhe town across Mudanjiang River in the west, Yilan town and TUANSHANZI Township in the north. In 2017, the area of Jiangwan Town was 575.01 square kilometers, with 28274 permanent residents.
