Xiyang Town, belonging to Sanyuan County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the northeast of the county. It is adjacent to Dacheng town in the East, Quan town across Qinghe River in the south, Chengguan town in the West and Lingqian town in the north.
