Sanquan Township, Zitong County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, formerly known as sanhechang, is located in the west of Tongjiang River Basin, 13 kilometers away from Anzi road. It is a shallow hilly area, covering an area of 25.2 square kilometers. The terrain is flat, with large temperature difference between day and night, sufficient light, annual rainfall of 1000 mm, annual average air temperature of 18 ℃, frost free period of 260-270 days, and northerly wind. In December 2019, Mianyang Municipal People's government decided to abolish Sanquan township.

Construction of biogas digester

One is to further increase publicity. The benefits and subsidy policies of biogas digesters were widely publicized in the form of rural broadcasting, holding reconstruction households' meeting, demonstration sites and going home, which greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of farmers. Second, it should be combined with post disaster rural housing reconstruction. In order to effectively implement the construction target of biogas digester, it is necessary to plan, construct and check the newly-built houses with biogas digester simultaneously. Third, the promotion of new material pool. In view of the actual situation of building materials prices rising in post disaster reconstruction, Sanquan Township actively connects with relevant departments and businesses, selects and promotes new glass steel body with simple installation and cost saving to build pool. It is estimated that the installation cost of the new material body is nearly 100 yuan less than that of the traditional pool building method. The township has completed 48, the remaining 50 are stepping up the installation and construction, and will be fully completed by November 20.
