It is 9 km away from the people's Government of Rongchang District, with the maximum distance of 10.0 km from east to west and 9.5 km from north to south, covering a total area of 88.6 square kilometers.
In the spring and Autumn period, Shuanghe Street belonged to the state of Ba; in July 2008, Shuanghe street was changed from Shuanghe town.
