Heishui town
Hei Shui Town, a county in Jianping, Chaoyang City, Liaoning, is located in the northern part of Jianping county. The East is linked to the successful township of Yi County, and the south is connected with Changlong town. The west is facing the old ha river with Inner Mongolia Zhuang Zhuang. The north is adjacent to the hot water livestock farm, with a total area of 174.85 square kilometers. Up to 2018, the population of the registered residence is 21731.
In 1930, Heishui town was established as the residence of the Fourth District Office of Jianping County. In 1956, the senior society was established. In 2003, before the merging of Hexiang village, the original 14 villages in Heishui town were merged into 12 villages. As of June 2020, Heishui town has one community and 12 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 16 industrial enterprises and 90 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters in Heishui town.
Historical evolution
In 1930, Heishui town was established as the residence of the Fourth District Office of Jianping County.
In 19396, there were 27 Heiye temples in the territory of Heiye village.
In the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940), it belonged to harqin Right Banner and set up Heishui village.
In August 1945, Jianping County was liberated and a democratic government was established, belonging to Heishui district.
In November 1946, when the KMT occupied Heishui, it set up a town office with 13 Jia.
On June 1, 1947, the 36th year of the Republic of China, Heishui was liberated for the second time, under the jurisdiction of 12 administrative regions.
In 1951, a mutual aid group was established.
In 1953, the junior society was established.
In 1956, the senior society was established.
On January 19, 1956, the whole county merged into three districts, namely Heishui District, Haladaokou district and Bajia district.
In March 1958, the whole county withdrew the district and merged the township, and the 11 townships under the jurisdiction of Heishui District merged into 6 townships. In October of the same year, the three townships of Heishui, Anjialou and Bajia merged to form Heishui commune.
In March 1959, Bajia and shanwanzi were established as state farms in Jianping County, and xiaoyingzi as state-owned Heishui mechanized forest farm.
On March 17, 1960, Heishui and 50jiazi were established as state-owned foreign trade fields.
On March 20, 1968, the Management Committee of Heishui commune was transformed into the Revolutionary Committee of Heishui commune.
On April 2, 1969, Heishui commune was divided into Heishui commune and Xiangyang commune.
In September 1980, the Management Committee of Heishui commune was restored.
In 1999, yichenggong township was merged into Heishui town.
In December 2000, it was set aside from Heishui town to restore yichenggong township.
In 2003, before the merging of Hexiang village, the original 14 villages in Heishui town were merged into 12 villages.
