Shengli town

Shengli Town, belonging to Bin County, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the east of Bin County and the South Bank of Songhua River. It borders on ferry town and Qingchuan township of Yanshou County in the East, Ningyuan town in the south, Xindian town and Chang'an Town in the west, Songhua River in the north and Mulan town of Mulan County across the river. In 2018, the area was 344.6 square kilometers, and the registered residence was 29541.

In the 37th year of the Republic of China (March 1948), it merged with baiduhe district to become Shengli district. In March 1958, Wanchun Township and Pu'an Township merged into Shengli Township, and in September, they merged with Qianjin Township into Shengli commune. In March 1984, the commune was transformed into a town.

In October 2019, Shengli town governs 7 neighborhood committees and 9 administrative villages.
