Changfa town

Changfa Town, belonging to Nehe City, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province, is located in the south of Nehe city. It is connected with Nenan town and Tongxin Township in the East, Tongxin Township in the south, Liuhe Town and Tongyi town in the west, and Liuhe Town and Nenan town in the north. The town government is 19 kilometers away from Nehe city.

In 1920, the old Changfa village was established. In August 1996, Changfa township was changed into Changfa town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town was 28240. In 2019, Changfa town governs 8 administrative villages, and the people's government is stationed in laochangfa village.

History of construction

In 1920, the old Changfa village was established. During the puppet Manchukuo period (March 1, 1932 August 18, 1945), it belonged to Nenan town. In 1942, it belonged to Shanlin village. In the 36th year of the Republic of China (1947), it belonged to Minzhu village, the seventh district of Xiehe county.

In October 1952, Changfa village was established.

In 1955, it was a liberated area.

In 1956, it was divided into five townships: Minhe, Xin'an, Guorong, Zhonghe and Taihe.

In 1958, five townships were merged into red sun commune.

In 1959, it was renamed Taihe commune.

In 1961, Taihe commune established Changfa commune.

In 1984, Changfa commune was transformed into Changfa township.

In August 1996, Changfa township was changed into Changfa town.
