Xifeng Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Xifeng County, Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Xifeng County. It is the resident of Xifeng County People's government, with an administrative area of 129 square kilometers.
In 1947, Leshan Township and Xifeng town were merged into Xifeng town. At the end of 2018, the population of West Fengzhen registered residence was 65460. As of June 2020, Xifeng town has 8 communities and 14 administrative villages.

History of construction
In 1947, Chengguan District was established.
In 1952, it was Chengguan District.
In 1956, it was called Xifeng town.
In 1958, it was changed into red flag commune.
In 1970, it was renamed Xifeng commune.
In 1984, it was changed to Xifeng town.
In May 2002, Leshan Township and Xifeng town merged into Xifeng town.
In February 2004, Xingfu village and Xizhan village were merged into Xizhan village, hehou village and Delin village were merged into hehou village, Maolin village and Changle Village were merged into Maolin village, and Shangde village and Zhizhong village were merged into Zhizhong village.
In April 2005, Lu'an village, Gengke Township, was designated as Xifeng town.
