Hushan town
Hushan Town, belonging to the Arashiyama District of Rizhao City, Shandong, is located in the north of Arashiyama District, east of the Yellow Sea, south of Arashiyama and the first street of Arashiyama, southwest of Arashiyama and the east of Arashiyama, and west of the town of Beichang. The northwest is adjacent to the area of Jufeng, Arashiyama. The north is bounded by Rizhao City and Donggang area, with a total area of 105.64 square kilometers, and in 2018, the registered residence population was 67288.
In 1942, the district was established. In May 1950, it belongs to the eighth District of Rizhao county (Anlan District). In July 2001, the township was withdrawn and Hushan town was established. After Rizhao was upgraded to prefecture level city, it belonged to Donggang District. On September 9, 2004, it belongs to Lanshan district. As of June 2020, the town has 53 administrative villages.
In 2018, there were 77 industrial enterprises in Hushan Town, of which 27 were large-scale and 104 were comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
Historical evolution

In January 1963, the area was divided into four communes, namely Hushan, thoroughfare, shaopo and Qiaonan, belonging to Anlan District, and two communes, Donghu and Jiezhuang, belonging to taoluo district.
In March 1971, it was changed into Hushan commune.
In June 1984, it was changed to Hushan district.
In March 1985, it was the hometown of Hushan.
In July 2001, the township was withdrawn and Hushan town was established. After Rizhao was upgraded to prefecture level city, it belonged to Donggang District.
On September 9, 2004, it belongs to Lanshan district.
