Minzhu street, subordinate to Ningjiang district, Songyuan City, Jilin Province, is located in the middle of Ningjiang district, 2km away from the seat of Ningjiang district people's government; it borders Xincheng and Ruan in the East, Wenhua street and boduna street in the south, Tuanjie street in the West and Heping Street in the North. The total administrative area is 2.51 square kilometers.

At the beginning of the establishment of Fuyu County, democratic streets were set up. At the end of 2011, the total population of Minzhu sub district was 29351. As of June 2020, democratic Street has five communities under its jurisdiction.
