Fengle street is one of the four streets under the jurisdiction of Rucheng Town, Rugao City.

Evolution of organizational system

On March 5, 1963, Rucheng people's commune was restored to a county town system. It was set up as a town people's Committee, with jurisdiction over four streets, 16 neighborhood committees, one vegetable production brigade and three production teams.

In 1990, Rucheng had jurisdiction over four streets, 22 neighborhood committees, two villages in Hongba and Xijiao. Yingchun Street added Yingxin and Donggao New Village neighborhood committee; Jinxiu Street added Jiankang East Village and Jiankang West Village neighborhood committee; fengle Street added Xigao New Village neighborhood committee; Dazhi Street added Gaobei New Village neighborhood committee.

By the end of 1998, Rucheng had jurisdiction over four streets, 32 neighborhood committees, Hongba and Xijiao two villages.

From September to November 2001, the administrative villages, sub districts and neighborhood committees were adjusted, with a total of 18 administrative villages, 4 sub district offices and 20 neighborhood committees under their jurisdiction.

In 2013, Rucheng town in Rugao city was removed from the town and set up streets.
