Sijiazi Town, belonging to Heishan County, Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province, is located in the south of Heishan County. It is separated by Raoyang River in the southeast and faces Hongjia town and sanglinzi town of Taian County, Anshan City. It is adjacent to Gaosheng town of Panshan County, Panjin City in the south, Liujia town of Beizhen city across Dongsha River in the southwest, Dahushan town in the West and Changxing town in the north, with an administrative area of 133.21 square kilometers.

In 1961, it became daipingfangmin commune; in 1983, it was changed into Sijiazi township; in 1995, it was changed into sijiazi town. As of June 2020, sijiazi town has jurisdiction over 12 administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in sijiazi village.
