Zhangcun Township, Qingyuan County, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, China is located in the east of Qingyuan County, adjacent to Jingning She Autonomous County in the East, Zuoxi town and Hedi town in the south, Xianliang town in the West and Baishanzu town in the north. The total area of the township is 66.2 square kilometers (2017). The Township People's government is located in Zhangcun village, 58 kilometers away from the county. It has a mid subtropical monsoon climate with four distinct seasons, abundant rainfall, mainly rainfall, less snowfall, less heavy snow and frequent hail. There are three upper sources: one is from Yangxi river of Lingtou Township, passing through Wuao to Huangyu; the other is from dawanlan of Baishanzu Town, passing through Qingcao, Xiyan, Xianliang to Huangyu, joining with Wuao tributaries, passing through Xiyang and Xinzhuang of Xianliang town to Zhangcun; the other is from the southern foot of Baishanzu Town, passing through Houxi village of Zhangcun Township, and reaching shangjiaoxi It flows through Kushan, Aotou, Dongchuan, Tiantou, Zhangcun, Nanyang and fengtanyang villages of Zhangcun township to jiaoxikou and Zuoxi. Along the way, there are 115 streams, 44 km in length and 249 km2 in drainage area. The natural drop is 654m, the annual runoff is 11.26 m3 / s, the peak flow is 756.22 m3 / s with 5-year return period, 960.48 m3 / s with 10-year return period, 1178.24 m3 / s with 20-year return period and 1461.83 m3 / s with 50 year return period. The theoretical water energy reserve is 32700 kW. Zhangcun township is mainly located in mountainous areas, known as "nine mountains, half water and half farmland". In addition to being relatively flat along both sides of Nanyang River, Yujun mountains are continuous, and there are more than 10 peaks with an altitude of more than 1000 meters. The forest resources are relatively rich. The total timber volume is more than 63620 cubic meters, mainly coniferous forest, broad-leaved forest and mixed coniferous and broad-leaved forest. Nanyang river is rich in water energy resources due to its large natural fall in the township. The mineral resources include lead, zinc, silver and so on. At the same time, there are abundant mountain resources for development. Because it is far away from large and medium-sized cities, the environment is excellent, and there is no industrial pollution, it is an ideal base for the development of ecological agriculture.
