Nanzhuang Town, Jianshui County, Yunnan Province is located in the middle of Jianshui County, Yunnan Province. It is a dam area with many flat dams and few mountainous areas. It faces Dianzhen in the East, Lin'an in the south, Dianwei Township in the West and lihaozhai Township in the north, with a total area of 214.16 square kilometers. There are 158 villager groups in 80 natural villages in Nanzhuang Town, with a total population of 50293 people (2017), living in six ethnic groups, including Han, Yi and Dai.

In September 2018, Nanzhuang Town was selected into the demonstration construction list of strong agricultural towns.
