Wanquan town
Wanquan township is located in the south of the county, adjacent to Huangfu Township in the East, Gaocun village in the west, Gufeng mountain in the south, Jiedian town and Nanzhang Township in the north, with a total area of 44.15 square kilometers. The township government is located in Wanquan village, which is the former seat of Wanquan county. It is 8 kilometers away from the county. It has 15 villagers' committees, 3748 households and a population of 15693. The territory has undulating mountains and ravines. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north. Most of the cultivated land is trapezoidal, with a total cultivated area of 42517 mu, mainly rich in green onions, crisp pears, apples, vegetables and wheat. Historical evolution
Wanquan township is the original location of Wanquan county. In the first year of daowuci (404) of the Northern Wei Dynasty, Xia Shizu heliansheng invaded the city. Xue Tong, a native of the city, led more than 1000 families. Relying on the topography of Gufeng mountain, he built a city for defense, so it was later called "Xue Tong City". The ancient site is in the south of Wanquan village. In the third year of Wude (620), Xuetong city was rebuilt and county governance was established. Later, it was merged into Yishi (now Linyi County) in the third year of Zhiyuan (1266). In the fourteenth year (1277), huangfuhu submitted a petition to the provincial government to reestablish Wanquan county. In the sixteenth year (1279), another county was built in the north of Xuetong city. In the first year of Jingtai (1450), the second year of Chenghua (1466), and the eleventh year of Hongzhi (1498), it was rebuilt many times It has a history of more than 1000 years. In May 1951, the people's Government of Wanquan County moved to Jiedian (now Wanrong county); in August 1954, Wanquan county and Ronghe county were called Wanrong County, and the former Wanquan county was changed to Gucheng Township, which was called Gucheng commune in 1962, and then Wanquan township has been used since 1983.

The existing ancient sites in Wanquan village include: many ancient city wall sites (built in the Tang Dynasty); xuetongcheng site (built in the Northern Wei Dynasty); kuixinglou site (built in Yongle period of Ming Dynasty); Dacheng Hall of Confucian Temple (built in Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, a cultural relic protection unit of the State Council); Gaocheng Taixue tablet in Pingding Qinghai (Yongzheng period of Qing Dynasty); restoration of Kuixing Lou, Town God's Temple, Confucious'Temple recorded inscriptions (Ming Yongle); Confucious' temple seven year old cypress trees; Wanquan Town God's Temple five odd inscriptions; a platform of the earth (not built in the age of construction); Huimin pool (built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties); there were many ancient houses in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China; at the same time, there were also Wanquan Taishan temples at the same time, with the south Zhang Tai Zhao Wuliang hall, the Wanrong flying cloud house, Dongyue Temple. In the war of resistance against Japan, the war of liberation and the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, the famous fennan middle school site was selected.

④ Jinghuai Erlang Temple (built in the 20th year of Jiajing reign of Ming Dynasty, well preserved);
⑤ Jingcun site (Neolithic Yangshao culture, Longshan culture site, Shanxi cultural relics protection unit, Beijing Palace Museum has unearthed cultural relics);
⑥ The site of Berlin Temple, also known as Fengbo Yushi temple and Jiezi temple, has many legends (it was built in 1207, the seventh year of Jin Taihe);
⑦ Chuanquan pagoda is located in Gufeng mountain scenic area. It was originally built in 1120, the second year of Xuanhe in Song Dynasty;
⑧ Laomu cave, north of Gufeng mountain, is a Buddhist place dedicated to laomu of Lishan Mountain. Its original construction date can not be verified;
⑨ Fan Gongtai site is located in Beijian village. It was built in the Ming Dynasty to commemorate Gongsheng and magistrate fan Wenyuan during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. It has a unique style of flying structure (destroyed by Japanese invaders, the site still exists).
