Zhaozhuang Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Wangdu County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Wangdu County, 4km away from the county. It borders Qingyuan District in the East, Gaoling Township in the south, Wangdu town in the southwest and Sizhuang town in the northwest. The maximum distance from east to west is 7.1km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 7.4km, with a total area of 34.13km2. In late 2018, the total population of Zhao Zhuang registered residence was 27532.
Zhaozhuang town is named after the town government's residence in Zhaozhuang village. In April 1961, Zhaozhuang people's commune was established. In January 1984, it was renamed Zhaozhuang township. On February 13, 2019, Zhaozhuang township was abolished and Zhaozhuang town was established in Wangdu county. The former administrative region of Zhaozhuang township was the administrative region of Zhaozhuang town. As of June 2020, Zhaozhuang town has jurisdiction over 18 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Zhaozhuang town is located at No. 8, Zhizhong Road, Zhaozhuang village. There are 107 National Highway and Beijing Guangzhou railway across the area. Zhaozhuang town is the planting site of Wangdu pepper, a national geographical indication product in China.

In April 1961, Zhaozhuang people's commune was established.
