Black town
Heicheng Town, belonging to Lincheng County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Lincheng County, adjacent to Yageying Township in the East, Chengguan town and Xishi town in the southwest, and Zanhuang County in the north. It is 10 kilometers away from the people's Government of Lincheng County, with a total area of 102.71 square kilometers.
In 1953, Heicheng town was established; in 1958, it was changed into Heicheng commune; in 1984, it was changed from Heicheng commune to Heicheng town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population in black and urban areas was 29539. As of June 2020, Heicheng town has 28 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is located in Heicheng village.
In 2018, there were 80 industrial enterprises in Heicheng rural area, including 5 Enterprises above Designated Size and 30 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1953, a black town was set up.
In 1958, it was changed into Heicheng commune.
In 1966, Heicheng commune was renamed Hongcheng commune.
In 1981, Hongcheng commune was changed into Heicheng commune.
In 1984, it was changed from Heicheng commune to Heicheng town.

The terrain is slightly higher in the West and lower in the East, higher in the South and lower in the north; the highest peak of Tiantai Mountain is located in dongjiazhuang, 599 meters above sea level; the lowest point is located in houjiahan small reservoir, 90 meters above sea level.

Wuhe River and Huaihe River are the main rivers in Heicheng rural area, of which Wuhe river is 12.8 km long; Huaihe River originates from qiaojiazhuang village, flows through Lincheng town and Dongzhen Town, and leaves zhangjiazhen village.
