Lincheng Town, subordinate to Lincheng County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Lincheng county. It is adjacent to Longyao County in the East, Neiqiu County in the south, Shicheng Township and Xishi town in the west, and Yageying Township in the north. It is the resident of Lincheng County People's government, with a total area of 129 square kilometers.
In 1953, Chengguan Township was established; in 1984, Chengguan commune was changed into Lincheng town. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in urban areas was 62820. As of June 2020, Lincheng has 17 communities and 39 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Dongjie community.
In 2018, there were 110 industrial enterprises in Lincheng, including 21 enterprises above Designated Size and 75 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1953, Chengguan Township was established.
In 1958, Chengguan commune was established.
In 1984, Chengguan commune was changed into Lincheng town.
In February 1996, Gangxi Township and Jiacun Township were merged into Lincheng town.
