Shuangshanzi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Dandong City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest edge of Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, bounded by dachuantou town in the East, guanshui town in the south, Benxi Manchu Autonomous County and Huanren Manchu Autonomous County in Benxi City in the west, and bahechuan town in the north, with an administrative area of 281.2 square kilometers.
In 1946, shuangshanzi village was established, belonging to Saima County; in 1954, it belonged to Kuandian County; in 1998, shuangshanzi town was established. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Shuang Shan Zi town was 14138. As of June 2020, shuangshanzi town has 8 administrative villages.

Daquanyan mountain and Tianshang mountain in the north are natural boundary mountains in Kuandian, Benxi and Huanren counties, with an altitude of more than 1000 meters. Laofoye sits 1082.8 meters above sea level. Motianling, the highest mountain in the territory, is 1200 meters above sea level.
