Xinhua Street, belonging to Decheng District of Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Decheng District, adjacent to Dezhou Economic Development Zone in the East, huangheya town in Decheng District in the south, Dezhou Canal Economic Development Zone and Gucheng County in Hebei Province in the west, Xinhu street and Guangchuan street in Decheng District in the north. The area is 42 square kilometers. By the end of 2011, the total population of Xinhua sub district was 76202.
In 1961, it was founded in Guantun commune and later changed to Guantun township. On June 15, 2000, yuguantun Township and Mashi street were abolished and Xinhua street was set up in the administrative area of the former Guantun township. As of June 2020, Xinhua Street has 17 communities under its jurisdiction.
In 2011, Xinhua Street's total revenue was 196 million yuan, an increase of 52% over the previous year. The local fiscal revenue was 77.05 million yuan, an increase of 44% over the previous year.
Historical evolution
In 1961, it was founded in Guantun commune and later changed to Guantun township.
On June 15, 2000, yuguantun Township and Mashi street were abolished, and Xinhua street was set up in the administrative region of the former Guantun Township, and the jurisdiction of the former Mashi street was put under the jurisdiction of Xinhua street.

The sub district office is located in Jiefang South of Zhenhua community 1239.
