Agalson town
Agalsen Town, subordinate to Gongliu County, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Gongliu county. It faces Xinyuan county with Tekes River in the East, Tekes County in the south, dongmaili Township in the west, and Nileke County across Yili River in the north, with a total administrative area of 586.66 square kilometers.
Agalson town was originally the five banners of erlut camp set up during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty and the territory of tekstaliuzuo. It was once the political, economic, cultural and religious center of Gongliu county. In June 1984, agalson town was transformed into agalson township. In 2014, it was changed to agalson town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the town of ah 'er was 29308. In 2019, agalson town governs 9 administrative villages, and the people's Government of agalson town is located in agalson village.
In 2011, the total revenue of agalson town was 61.82 million yuan. In 2018, there were 15 industrial enterprises in agalson Town, including 4 Enterprises above Designated Size and 34 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
Agalson town was originally the five banners of the erlut camp set up during the reign of Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty and the territory of tekstaliuzuo. It was once the political, economic, cultural and religious center of Gongliu county.
In 1946, it was under the jurisdiction of mohur Qian.
In 1950, it belonged to the first district.
On April 7, 1953, four districts were established.
In October 1958, Qianjin commune was rebuilt.
In 1978, it was renamed agalson commune.
In June 1984, it was changed to agalson township.
In 2014, it was changed to agalson town.

By the end of 2011, agalson town had nine administrative villages: agalson, besshala, Kos agash, DALT, salwuzek, Erdaowan, toudaowan, aktamu, tayituhan; and 46 villager groups.
In 2019, agalson town governs nine administrative villages: agalson village, besshala village, Kos agash village, dart village, salwuzeke village, toudaowan village, Erdaowan village, tayituhan village and aketamu village. The town people's government is stationed in agalson village.

Agalson town is located at the junction of Tekes River and Gongnaisi river. In the north, it is the alluvial plain of riverside Delta. In the middle, it is the Erdaowan hill and the piedmont of qiongmoyinguzer mountain. In the south, it is the ishgelike mountain. The terrain is high in the South and low in the north, with distinct terraces. The altitude ranges from 700 to 2000 meters, with an average altitude of 1592 meters.
